To support our mission, SwipeRx is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Branding & Event Manager. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven, and committed to excellence. As a Branding & Event Manager, you will oversee the branding efforts and event activations for our offline events. This role will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, organizing launch events, and ensuring a cohesive brand experience that resonates with our target audience.

 

Your Role

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with the senior leadership and marketing team to create and implement branding strategies for new store openings.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of branding guidelines across all touchpoints, including stores, online platforms, marketing materials, and customer communications, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the healthcare and pharmacy sector, applying insights to evolve brand strategy.

 

Event Planning & Execution:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute launch events for new pharmacy openings, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Ensure events reflect Apotek’s values and deliver a positive, lasting impression on customers.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and local partners, ensuring quality service and alignment with brand expectations for events.
  • Lead the creation of unique and engaging event concepts that reinforce the Apotek brand and connect with local communities in a meaningful way.
  • Oversee all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and setup to on-site coordination and post-event evaluation, ensuring smooth execution and a seamless customer experience.

 

Promotional Campaigns:

  • Create and manage promotional campaigns around store openings, including social media, CRM, printed materials..
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements.

 

Community Engagement:

  • Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand visibility and community presence.
  • Coordinate community outreach efforts and partnerships to promote pharmacy services.

 

Brand Activation:

  • Oversee in-store branding initiatives and ensure that all touchpoints reflect the brand identity.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create immersive brand experiences for customers.

 

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.

 

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and report on event performance metrics, customer feedback, and brand perception.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine branding and activation strategies.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in branding, event coordination, or marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in english

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting
